I don't know if you are going to be there on Tuesday, but the Presidents own marching band plays in front of the Iwo Jima monument. It is pretty inspiring and they bring in soldiers from Walter Reed who have served in OIF or OEF. It is one of my favorite things to do in DC, and it's free! It starts at seven. You can catch a shuttle from the visitors center at Arlington. Have a blast!
